How long will my order take to arrive?

Every endeavour is made to despatch all orders within 14 working days.  Due to the made-to-order nature of many of these products, for which we are the sole importers, there occasionally can be shipping delays etc.  Should any items not be despatched within 21 working days of ordering, you will be contacted by one of our sales team advising you of the situation.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Our hi-tech online encryption security means that you can buy from us with complete confidence.  Your credit card details and personal information will be managed entirely safely and securely, and will never be disclosed to any third party.

How do I return goods if there is a problem?

If the goods are not as expected, defective or damaged, simply contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will refund or replace the item.

Are the pots frostproof?

We do not guarantee the pots as frostproof.  We suggest that they are placed under cover or brought indoors in the cooler months.  Ideally, they are best suited to indoor or conservatory use.

Are the pots handmade?

Every Kew Gardens pot is handmade; each item is unique.  Colours and sizes shown are intended as a guide and may vary slightly since each item is individually thrown and glazed by hand.

How are the goods despatched?

Your order will be despatched via UPS.  Please advise an alternative delivery address if necessary.

Precautions

Please take care not to leave candles burning unattended at any time.  Please also be aware that if filled with water, condensation can occur on the base of the pots.
