Frequently Asked Questions What are the delivery charges? Every item has been allocated a value according to its size and weight. The total of these (carriage) points is then charged at; £1 per order + £1 per point So an order total of 1.5 points costs £2.50 You can keep an eye on your points total by clicking the 'view wheelbarrow' button .   How long will my order take to arrive? Every endeavor is made to despatch all orders within 14 working days. Due to the nature of many of the products, for which we are the sole importers, on occasions there may be delays in awaiting shipments etc. Should any items not be despatched within 21 working days of ordering you will be contacted by one of our sales team advising you of the situation.    Is it safe to use my credit card?
